WHO I AM

Meet the Therapist

Latrice R. Lewis

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. As a psychotherapist, I am dedicated to creating a safe environment for my clients. My approach is rooted in empathy, understanding, and a commitment to helping navigate their personal challenges. Together, we will explore your thoughts and feelings, fostering growth and resilience on your journey towards healing.

My services include various treatment approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and psychoeducation, tailored to meet client's unique needs. I aim to help clients gain insight into their challenges and develop effective coping strategies for improved mental well-being. Together, we will work towards achieving your personal goals and enhancing your overall quality of life.

Therapy can be a great first step to gain insight and to learn new ways of coping with life. You do not have to go through the process alone. If you feel like you are ready, please contact my office for a free phone consultation, and to schedule an appointment.
